I've noticed that the best people in a company exhibit extreme ownership. When there's a problem, they don't point fingers or pass the blame. Instead, they ask themselves, "What could I have done to prevent this?" This mindset has turned me into a problem solver and a solutions provider. It's easy to blame others and dust my hands of the issue, but that doesn't help the company, my coworkers, or myself. By reflecting on how I could have addressed problems and taken ownership of them, I've become a solver who's very valuable to the company.
