She embeds empathy in her expert approach to supporting clients, including many in the AEC sector. Cynthia Damar-Schnobb, a business leader and founder of experiential graphic design and wayfinding firm Artellix which she established recently with over 25 years’ award-winning experience. She has contributed leadership to local and national organizations that support industrial designers and registered graphic designers. Ian Chodikoff is a strategist and communications professional keeping the pulse of industry changes that impact business, the construction sector, and the industry’s broader impact on society. He is an Architect, former editor of Canadian Architect Magazine and former Executive Director of the RAIC. The panel will be moderated by Russell Pollard, MBA 🏳️🌈.
