It’s a topic that is top of mind for SCBC as we explore the importance and benefits of ecosystem services in urban areas and recognize that these services are not equally available to all. From temperature regulation and flood risk mitigation, to the mental health benefits of spending time in green and blue spaces, access to nature is important to the well being of every member of our diverse communities.
