Does it feel like summer at 2pm? Yes. Does it feel like the dead of winter at 8pm? Also yes. Welcome to Alberta! If you're starting to resent the chill in the air on these late summer nights, we have a recipe for you to try. **Ingredients:** - 2 oz bourbon or dark rum - 1 tbsp honey - 1/2 lemon, juiced - 4-5 dashes Token Calder Chai bitters - 1 cup hot water - Cinnamon stick and lemon slice for garnish (optional) **Instructions:** 1. In a mug, add honey, lemon juice, and chai bitters. 2. Pour in the bourbon or rum, then top with hot water. 3. Stir to combine and garnish with a cinnamon stick and a lemon slice. 4. Sip and enjoy the warm, spiced comfort of this fall-inspired drink! This drink is a perfect blend of warmth, spice, and a touch of sweetness to enjoy on a crisp day.

The cleanest red wine alternative you'll find in stores - we're proud of our local ingredients! Our Saskatoon Earl Grey Teatotaller is fantastic on it's own (like a clean iced tea that has enough heart to make it as a red wine alternative) or makes a delicious mixer - gin is a popular choice! Top it off with any floral garnish and you've got a noteworthy cocktail. Cheers! #TokenBitters #ZeroProof

While finding uses for bitters is easy, finding explanations for how they work (and why they're so magical) is surprisingly difficult! Bitters are incredibly versatile and can be used to make significant upgrades to the flavour profile of any drink or dish (they can even be used in baking!) with only a few drops. How do you use bitters? #Bitters #TokenBitters

Prairie berries like you've never had them before! Our Distemperance Saskatoon Earl Grey Lavender Teatotaller (talk about a flavour profile!) is crafted with whole saskatoon berries from @kindredorchards and sweetened with beet sugar from Taber. This hyper-local, non-alcoholic delight is rounded out with black tea, bergamot, and our locally-made Whyte Lavender bitters. Perfect for enjoying with friends on a hot summer patio or in the garden. Hangover-free! #Mocktails #HangoverFree #SoberCurious
