This week, Leaders of Tomorrow mentees had the opportunity to explore their career paths at the "Know Your Ikigai. Make Your Next Career Move." workshop. Stephanie Koonar MBA, BA Psych and Louann McCurdy from PeerSpectives Consulting helped everyone find their ikigai—basically, what makes them tick—and showed how to match their passions and skills with the right career. The quiet greens contrasted the roar, Of soccer fields, where fans adore. Yet both events shared a common theme, The joy of sport, a shared dream. This month was more than just a game, It prepped our region for Olympic fame. With every kick and every swing, The excitement soared, like a song to sing.
