Join us on JUNE 13 for a session on amplifying your negotiation skills! Negotiation is the most important tool in a woman's toolbox, professionally and personally. Your career success depends on your ability to negotiate for yourself and your organization. Negotiating a job offer is the most important conversation to the success of your career, yet only 12.5% of women negotiate salary when offered a job. When they do negotiate, many ask for and expect 30% less than men. Under-earning in any job is a recipe for discontent. Happy International Women's Day! International Women's Day is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating women's equality. This day serves as a reminder of the journey towards gender equality and the significant strides we have made, while also acknowledging the distance we still have to cover.
