Dom was chosen because of his dedication to brewing for a better today and tomorrow. Carlsberg Canada would like to congratulate Dom for his dedication to supporting an important charity in his community. Dom recently partnered with the Montreal Bars Association, raising over $35,000 for children’s cancer research. We want to thank Dom for his dedication to bettering his while representing Carlsberg Canada! 👏🏼

Lou was chosen because of his dedication to brewing for a better today and tomorrow. Lou’s work to help the community night at Concordia Club's Oktoberfest last fall helped fund 4,000 meals for the Food Bank of Waterloo Region. Additionally, his hockey team recently donated $7500 for Easter Seals, a group that works to enhance the quality of life for Canadians with disabilities. We want to thank Lou for his dedication to bettering his community while representing Carlsberg Canada! 👏🏼

During his 13 years, Vargha has proven himself to be an excellent leader. As one of the night shift Packaging Supervisors in Canada, he consistently demonstrates his willingness to learn, grow and collaborate with peers and other stakeholders. He takes ownership for the results of his team and effectively engages his Team Leads to allow for their development, as well 👊🏼 Our Canadian packaging department would not be the same without Vargha's positive and steadfast leadership. Congrats Vargha!

Carlsberg Canada is proud to introduce their new, internal employee recognition program: The Elephant Award! 🐘 October's winner was Brewing Materials Stager, Adam Hossfeld. Adam has been with Waterloo Brewing, which was acquired by Carlsberg in March, for 17 years! Adam has been regarded as a reliable member of the team who always gets his long list of duties done. With 17 years under his belt, Adam has a wide array of knowledge in many aspects of brewing, allowing him to always have an action plan for whatever may come his way. Way to go, Adam! Thanks for all your hard work! 👊

Breweries across Canada directly employ over 21,000 Canadians, while the sale of beer supports 101,000 jobs across hospitality, retail, wholesale and distribution.
