With over 10 years of experience helping businesses communicate digitally with their customers, I help Cisco's enterprise customers and partners innovate their CX and operations through the best-in-class Cisco CPaaS Connect platform and our suite of 12+ digital channels available out-of-the-box. I consult with the world’s largest B2C companies in Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, and Utilities who seek to accelerate their digital transformation and reduce the time-to-value of their technology investments.
I am passionate about transformative technology that improves people's lives, especially those of the customer, creating tangible and measurable business value by automating processes, improving productivity, and delivering self-service, AI-powered engagements that exceed customer expectations.
I also love public speaking and participating in panels and roundtable discussions focused on customer engagement, technology, and artificial intelligence.
