Aminka Belvitt is an international speaker, award-winning entrepreneur, a Goalkeeper with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, UN Women/Empower Women Champion of Women's Economic Empowerment, a humanitarian, and senior strategy consultant. Recently, she was awarded the Entrepreneur of the Year Award by the Canadian Consulate General, in New York City.

Aminka designs innovative solutions for organizations, companies, and governments to create more equitable systems for underprivileged populations. Her work focuses on diversity & inclusion training, sustainable community consultations, digital transformations and the advancement of women in leadership strategy development & implementation.

While developing strategies Aminka focuses on empowering professional and entrepreneurial women through technology and learning via her tech startup, Wofemtech Solutions Inc. Wofemtech's Virtual Collective is a learning management system providing online course creation, webinars, and video conferencing services, exclusively to women.

Aminka is passionate about women and girls' involvement and advancement in the STEM fields, particularly, in the tech industry. Through her partnership with SAP Next-Gen New York City, she created A NEW REALITY: Tech Summit for Girls. Since 2018, A NEW REALITY: Tech Summit through its 1-day summit, experimental learning experiences & coding workshops has impacted over 500 young women & girls in the NYC & NJ area. A NEW REALITY: Tech Summit is a brand of The ForUsGirls Foundation Inc.

Aminka founded The ForUsGirls Foundation Inc, in 2015. ForUsGirls is an international feminist not-for-profit organization empowering young women and girls in Canada, the United States, and Caribbean. The organization provides innovative, leadership, skills development and mentorship programs and opportunities for underserved and underprivileged young women and girls. To date, the organization has impacted over 5,000 women and girls.

Aminka has been recognized for her entrepreneurial and humanitarian leadership by Vanity Fair, the Independent UK, BUILD Studio, and other international and Canadian publications.
