About

I believe that coaches need to look beyond the boardroom to find the real heroes of our economy, Small Business Owners.

As the founder of Systems Business Coach®, I have personally coached over 700 Small Business Owners towards achieving their entrepreneurial dream. Along the way, creating secure meaningful jobs and strengthening those communities. Now with a Global team of Certified Systems Business Coaches, I am on track to democratize Small Business coaching!

To address a 2-year waiting list, I developed small business coach training programs for coaches, consultants, business bank managers and economic development training professionals. No need to figure this out on your own, I wrote the book! In fact, I wrote two books AND have fully digitized modern curriculum that has thrown out old school thinking on how to lift up business owners and teams.

In 1993, I built and ran a profitable, full-service, award-winning retail travel agency. Before selling the agency in 2000, I employed eight staff and reached $3 million in annual sales—all while daily operations ran smoothly without me.

I then joined E-Myth Business Coaching where she conducted over 3000 small business assessments in which I gained a deeper understanding of the pain most small business owners face in their courageous effort to build a business that works. Ask me what would make a grown man bawl his eyes out, a parent disown their child or worse, and they all have something to do with the business.

Later, I worked as a business consultant for the Business Development Bank of Canada and then with Community Futures, which supports startup and remote businesses in BC.

After receiving the International Coach Federation Vancouver 2014 Business Coach of the Year award, I have been generously sharing my knowledge of coaching small business owners with the coaching community.

I am a member of the District 5050 Passport Rotary Club, was the first female President of the Rotary Club of Langley Central, am a multiple Paul Harris Fellow, and a Rotary Foundation Major Donor. My speaking and facilitation talent earned me positions as Rotary District Trainer and President Elect Training Facilitator – working with high profile business leaders in Rotary.

I live on the west coast of British Columbia, happily married to Brent with three grown sons and 4 very spoiled grand babies. I am an Author, Educator, Speaker, Peace Maker and Scorpions Fan!
