I’m an HR Leader and trusted advisor who enjoys helping business leaders create an employee experience that adds value and supports the business vision and culture. During my career I have gained experience in globally matrixed environments within a variety of industries including Pharma, Healthcare, Logistics and Construction.
I thrive in challenging environments where I can leverage my collaboration and co-creation skills as well as my evidence-based focus on outcomes. As a consultant to business leaders, I listen carefully to their business challenges, ask questions to unearth the root cause, and provide solutions that create value and drive business transformation. An example of this was when I successfully facilitated a cultural transformation to an agile mindset, coinciding with a Workday implementation.
