I am passionate about helping organizations unlock their potential and I believe that the key is an equitable, inclusive culture that supports and empowers the organization's people.
While advising client organizations (with KPMG) and working in-house (at McKinsey), I have based my work around a few key principles: Implement equitable and fair processes so all individuals have the opportunity to succeed, create a people-centric employee value proposition and embed it into everything you do, and understand that your people drive the success of the business.
On a personal level, I am a singer-songwriter, an out-of-practice bowler (who once bowled some moderately impressive games), and a parent to a dog and a cat (and, recently, a human child too!) who are all learning how to become best friends.
