What do you do if your real estate project requires innovative solutions?
Regulations are constantly changing, and will continue to change to address the broader issues facing our cities of climate change, energy efficiency and carbon impacts of construction methodology. We can either choose to be leading the charge on sustainability, or if not, we will be dragged behind the train on these issues. We choose the former.

What do you do if your real estate project requires innovative solutions?
Real estate development has never been more complex. Land and capital are no longer sufficient to lead successful development projects. Innovative solutions and approaches are essential to solve challenging site issues, address cost escalations, navigate complex entitlements processes, and to ensure project financing needs are met.

What do you do if your real estate project requires innovative solutions?
Ensure a top-notch, curated team of professionals across every discipline. Lead the team in an integrated way where each professionals work is informing and being informed by the other disciplines. This can save enormous cost, time and create more effective and innovative solutions to developing any real estate development project. This isn't done often or well in real estate development and is a huge missed opportunity.
