Find Agreeable Points: Identify even the smallest details that all participants have in common. Establishing shared foundation early on helps create a sense of unity. Acknowledge Differences Early On: Immediately recognize and respect thought diversity of your audience. validate differences & that common ground early so they won’t feel they have to. 3. ASK for Open-Mindedness: Ask your audience to listen and frame your message as an opportunity for growth and consider perspectives beyond their own. This approach builds trust with the speaker and helps the audience realize they have more in common with each other.

Align and resolve conflicts between content strategy and business goals by defining a Project Clarity Scope from the start: 1. Explicit Objectives - Define clear goals and outcomes to stay on track. 2. Roles and Responsibilities - Assign tasks clearly so no balls get dropped. 3. Detailed Timeline - Align milestones and targets to track progress. Having agreements set at this early stage will help resolve conflicts and, through tracking and measuring, will alert you when shifting off course, allowing you to take corrective action.
