I have always been a believer in the power of clichés. To me, they represent an immeasurable depth of experience, purpose and impact – all delivered in succinct and consumable bursts. I believe so strongly that I use them to help define who I am, what I believe and how I operate. The results, well they speak for themselves.

The customer is always right. Customer centricity, my passion, in its truest form is all about forgetting your wants and needs, your bias, ignoring what you know and fully immersing yourself in what makes your customer tick. I help businesses truly understand their customer and fully align with their customers’ wants and needs through the entire buyer’s journey.

Actions speak louder than words. The common thread in every successful person I have ever met is that they act. Whether I am coaching highly successful sales teams, building record-setting marketing campaigns, delivering inspiring keynotes or building a strategic plan for a disruptive multimillion-dollar business – I am a man of action, someone who rolls up my sleeves and contributes 100%.

There is no I in Team. Every single success I have ever enjoyed has come as part of a broader team. Although I can operate effectively as an individual contributor, I thrive in a team-oriented environment where shared learning and varied strengths lend to amazing outcomes. I bring this belief to the teams I build - I hire the best attitudes, the outside the box thinkers, the customer comes first people and let them loose to wow our customers.

The bigger they are the harder they fall. I am a challenger, always have been, always will be. I love being the underdog, I thrive on having all the odds against me – this is when I am most dangerous. I take risks, I go against the grain, I question norms. I am most proud of my teams that are labeled as “islands of misfit toys” – we have built legacies by outworking, outthinking, outmaneuvering and truly earning our customers’ business every single day.
