As the Chief Learning Officer and Co-Founder of Andreaus Consulting, Claudette has dedicated her professional journey to leveraging technology to create transformative learning experiences. Her work primarily supports not-for-profit communities, with a significant focus on empowering Black and Indigenous peoples through digital literacy and skill development.
Her expertise lies in instructional design, management, strategic planning, and project management. Her role as a Senior Consultant saw her identifying performance opportunities and developing strategies for underserved organizations, leading to remarkable outcomes such as tripling revenue expectations for a client and initiating a "Young Leadership Development" program adopted across six cities. Her financial acumen in managing budgets from $5,000 to $2 million per project showcases her ability to deliver results efficiently and effectively.
Her passion for technology and education has also led Claudette to champion STEM education among the Black community, demystifying technology and making it accessible to underserved populations. This dedication is evident in her role as Chapter Leader for Black Kids Code (Girls) in the GTA and Hamilton area, where she supports the next generation of Black girls interested in coding.
At Canada Learning Code, Claudette played a pivotal role as the Director of Program Design, where she led the transition to a 100% virtual delivery model in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, demonstrating her ability to navigate and lead through complex challenges.
