Dan has over 25 years’ experience leading operations, human resources, finances, and delivery of a consultancy firm. He has over 30 years of experience in software development and large portfolio and project management and delivery.

Daniel’s leadership roles involved the creation of strategic plans, business plans, execution to plan, contract negotiation, and providing project and portfolio delivery oversight for projects. He was also responsible for operations and human resources for Alberta locations; as well as practice lead for Custom Development, Business Intelligence and SharePoint practices.

He has business and technical experience and is adept at combining both to create successful projects. He has experience in managing large teams of diverse individuals and the soft skills needed for interaction at the executive level. He has led teams combining internal, vendor, and client resources; and virtual delivery teams located across Canada, the United States, Romania, and India. He has developed both commercial and non-commercial applications.
