Dave is currently Vice President, Guest Services at Arc'teryx, a leading global design company based in North Vancouver, BC that specializes in technical high-performance outerwear and equipment. In his role, he’s focused on building the future of guest experience and circularity in the outdoor industry and scaling a fast-growing global service organization.
Prior to Arc'teryx, Dave led Guest Support at lululemon for over six years (11 overall at company), helping the team scale from 100 to over 1500 and innovating on the role of human connection in the digital experience. The team’s investments in automation and virtual personal shopping were cited by numerous national publications on creating the future of online retail. Prior to lululemon, Dave worked in strategy consulting for Bain & Company as a Case Team Leader out of their Chicago office.
Originally from Chicago, Dave holds a BS from DePaul University and an MBA from the University of Michigan. He has been a featured speaker at the National Retail Federation and Execs in the Know. Outside of work, he enjoys working out and spending time outside with his wife and two daughters.
