Consider using AI agents to take care of customer support to handle customer queries, offer solutions from a knowledge base and analyze customer behaviour so your marketing initatives are more targeted. 3. Deploy chatbots on your website and on social media to answer customer queries and frequently asked questions (FAQs). 4. Integrate project management systems like Asana or Monday.com to allow for seamless communication, real-time updates and efficient collaboration.

When you can create compelling and relatable stories that resonate with your target audience it will have a huge impact. Stories engage our emotions, making it more memorable and impactful. From the dawn of time, telling stories have been integral to us as a society. In marketing, tapping into emotions through storytelling can significantly influence our behavior. Who remembers Nike's 'You Can't Stop Us' ad in 2020 that went super viral? It tapped into something deep and resonant. And to me, that's how you stand out.

The way I see it, navigating automation in digital marketing is like driving a modern car with advanced features. Just as how you need to understand and adapt to the new technology in vehicles, it’s the same with marketing automation. Automation is my assistant, handling repetitive tasks like email marketing, social media scheduling, appointment setting & so on. It frees up your time so you can work on your revenue generating activities. Using tools like Keap (formerly Infusionsoft) is a game changer. Just like how we adjust the settings in a car for comfort - it’s the same way we can tailor automation tools to suit our business needs. It's all about leveraging technology to enhance efficiency while maintaining a human touch.

So, whether it’s lead capture, lead nurture, timely follow-up and reminders, segmentation and personalization, email automation has proven to be a powerful conversion machine in the sales funnel.

This is one of my favourite topics to talk about. The strategy is NEVER to convince a prospect to buy from you. That feels 'icky' and disingenious. The goal is to uncover exactly what your prospect needs and then offer a solution that meets those needs. By focusing on the needs, you set yourself up as a trusted partner instead of a transactional salesperson. I don't ever believe it's about making a sale; it's about building a genuine relationship and prioritizing the prospect's long term success over a short term transaction. The long and short is, when a prospect recognizes that you have their best interest at heart, the sale often follows organically. My 2 cents.
