I believe we all deserve to live well and I am committed to helping Canadians do so every day. By bringing together my strategic focus on designing impactful well-being and mental health initiatives, to developing inspiring communications to help people thrive, my ongoing goal is to help people live with greater meaning, work with deeper purpose, give with heart, and find the help they need with courage and confidence – when they need it – to stay healthy.
Recognizing that workplace well-being comes down to one thing – how we work with each other – I am relentlessly focused and committed to empowering leaders to be considerate, clear, and consistent with their teams because when they are, businesses run better and people can feel and do better in turn.
