My achievements should not be a reflection of what I have done, rather of what I can do.
An Engineer that likes to innovate, change, learn, mentor and help grow.
My strong suit is building cross functional teams and the relationship between operations and engineering to achieve results that are safe, operations friendly, lowest practical capital expense and best productive results.
Backed by strong technical skills and the use of soft skills, my approach is different. It has allowed me to build teams that are cross functional, multi-discipline and multi-cultural into cohesive operational units. These teams spanned the company and external contractors.
I am as much a mentor as I am a mentee. There is a lot to teach and learn across the multiple skill sets of team members.
