Specific areas of strength include execution, clear and concise communications, deeply experienced credit management incl. workouts with all parties, continued strong understanding and negotiation of Canadian and U.S. loan and other legal documentation and evolving requirements thus reducing unnecessary legal expenses and costly time to clients, in addition to possessing a strong knowledge and implementation of AML / KYC, policies and procedures, and the related, always, evolving framework of AML / KYC.

Then, Structure needs to be addressed - as an opportunity for Stakeholders (“SH”), Team - AND always thinking about impact on reputation (especially at this point, whilst in “Love”). Beyond “thinking outside the box”, Always —> Unapologetically, I have never existed in a “Box” - it’s a foreign concept to me, as anyone, that knows me can attest. Simply Put: Assemble the Deal Team (Trust/Integrity/Respect/Loyalty- my “4-legged stool”) i) Collect Team Comtribution; ii) Model Scenarios (include time) —> with the greatest balance of beneficial ROI / full mitigated risk / for SH and Team. Conclusion: Highly probable deferred beneficial outcome - Close.
