Gregory has been serving clients with their various intellectual property needs ever since being called to the Bar of Ontario in 1982. He has practiced exclusively in the field of intellectual property law, both as an advocate and as a solicitor.

Greg advocates in trademark, copyright, design and trade secret litigation. He has appeared before both the Federal Court and Fedral Court of Appeal and the Superior Court of Justice for Ontario, and in trademark oppositions.
As a solicitor, he counsels clients in respect of the availability and enforcement of intellectual property rights.
Specialties: Protecting innovations - obtaining and enforcing (litigating) designs, trademarks, copyright, and trade secrets & attending to international intellectual property protection.
