With over 15 years of experience in luxury hospitality management, I am a passionate and sophisticated General Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. My mission is to craft strategic initiatives and innovative business models that elevate financial performance, guest and employee engagement, and overall business growth. I have a proven track record of managing large and diverse properties, repositioning and rebranding hotels, and developing and implementing experiences, wellness concepts and sustainability programs that enhance guest experience and satisfaction.

I have successfully led the operations and teams of several Ritz-Carlton properties across different markets and segments, achieving high rankings and ratings from Forbes, TripAdvisor, and Michelin. I have also been recognized with the Operational Excellence GM Award 2017 and the Marriott International Performance Recognition 2018 and 2023 for my outstanding results and leadership. I excel in overcoming logistical challenges while preserving a welcoming hospitality that mirrors the sophistication of the hotels I manage.
