How can you use humor and emotion in your marketing analytics reports and presentations?
Humor doesnt' matter for your data presentations. It's a secondary nice-to-have. If you need an article or guide to do something "funny" that's a bad starting point. Just do the damn presentation. Simplicity and relevance matter more.

How do you enhance your brand reputation with search engine analytics?
Optimizing your website isn't about a checklist of what things you can improve, but having a backlog that reflects ruthless prioritization. It's harder to do the right things than the things right. Most of the time, I'd say, the most important part of your website, when it comes to SEO, is to create content to solve searchers' intent. Everything else is marginal.

How do you enhance your brand reputation with search engine analytics?
To set goals, always start by having context and avoiding overcomplication. The context helps you define what good or bad looks like. To do it, the best way is to compare against yourself (i.e. historical data) and then look for competitive benchmarks. If comparing against yourself, set a percentage of growth you can target (5%, 40%, etc.). This percentage is highly related to the base. When starting out, growing 10% weekly isn't crazy. When comparing to competitors, just think of Share of Voice; think about how you compare in terms of mentions or reviews against your competitors.

How do you enhance your brand reputation with search engine analytics?
To analyze your SEO and brand performance data, the first step is to break down search data by branded and non-branded traffic. While the website traffic that comes from Google (and other search engines) is reported as "Organic" is attributed to your SEO efforts, not all of it is thanks to them. Branded searches (i.e. queries that contain your brand name) are a function of your branding efforts (e.g. PR, events, brand awareness, etc.). Think of Adidas which generates +1M visits per month for the keyword "Adidas". They get such high-quality traffic not due to their SEO team, but the fact they've been in business for +70 years.
