I'm a prairie girl with a passion for helping Newcomers reach their professional goals through language and training.
How do I do this?
By working with North American companies to develop, customize and deliver in-house language training/workplace supports that help Newcomers to gain both language and the skills that they need to be successful at work.
There will never be enough government funding to support all language and training. If workplaces want to get ahead of the curve they need to be proactive in setting up structures that attract, support and retain Newcomers.
We have so many skilled Newcomers that are underutilized. For most it's either language (or credentials) that is holding them back.
It's time to look at language training differently.
