About

Innovative advocate and inventor in photobiomodulation (PBM), also known as "low-level light therapy" or "red light therapy." I focus on researching PBM as a solution for various neurological and psychiatric conditions, and on enhancing brain functions in healthy individuals, including meditators and elite athletes. My team at Vielight, along with our research partners, pushes the boundaries of PBM technology to improve the outcomes of home-use PBM devices. Our projects address a range of conditions such as traumatic brain injury, dementia, depression, brain fog, and addiction.

I hold the most patents in this field and extensively teach the theories and applications of PBM. At Vielight, we are committed to high integrity in our products, engineering for the best outcomes with ease of use.

I am a Doctor of Natural Medicine, neuroscientist, engineer, and chartered accountant with a robust background in research, technological innovation, general management, manufacturing, product development, and corporate finance.

The merit and medical value of the invention resides in its ability to achieve a reversal of red blood cell aggregation in-vivo without invading the tissues or organs of the living subject—a clinical result which leads to lower blood viscosity and improved blood circulation. In this manner, the invention provides the living mammalian subject with an enhanced immunity from diseases, a reduced vulnerability to hypertension, and a reduced risk of a cardiovascular incident. Furthermore, by altering the wavelengths transmitted by the light generating unit(s) and controlling the light energy dosage, the method and system can also fine-tuned further as intervention for various diseases.
