About
Lisa Isaac is a certified HR leader, with the CHRL and CHRP designations, passionate about helping people with their people. She teaches leaders how to find the HR resources they need, encourages them to think about people in decision-making, and helps them have difficult conversations. Prior to founding Lisa Isaac HR Professional Services, where she and her team work across Lambton County and Ontario, she worked in oil and gas in Sarnia; in the banking industry in Alberta, Nunavut, and Ontario; and on Moose Deer Point First Nation. She is an active volunteer with the HR membership and regulatory body, the HR Professional Association (HRPA), and the entrepreneurial community in Lambton County. Lisa has recently been featured on a podcast, in the Lambton Shield magazine, and was on the panel for the International Women's Day "Meet the Entrepreneur" event in Sarnia. She values sharing knowledge and continuous learning, finding creative solutions, and helping others succeed. She is bilingual in French and English and studied Mandarin while completing her B.Soc.Sci. all prior to her B.Mgmt in Human Resources. When she's not helping others, you can often find Lisa with her dog and kayak, checking out beautiful lakes and rivers.
