With over ten years of experience in leading content and social media marketing initiatives, I am a passionate and skilled digital marketer who thrives in creating engaging and impactful content across multiple digital platforms. I hold a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Communications and English from Carleton University, as well as a Social Media Marketing Certificate from George Brown College and a Digital Marketing Management Certificate from the University of Toronto.
As the Manager, Content and Paid Social Media Marketing at Canada Life, one of the country's largest and most respected insurance and financial services companies, I spearhead creative design, content development, and brand amplification under the AVP of Brand Marketing. I hire, lead, and mentor a customer-focused social media team of five, develop and implement effective social media strategies, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives. I have successfully led innovative revenue-generating campaigns that increased brand awareness and engagement for Canada Life, as well as partnered with local and global brands to achieve their content marketing and brand awareness objectives through my personal travel and lifestyle blog and social media channels. My mission is to leverage my skills and passion for social media and content creation to help brands connect with their audiences and achieve their goals.
