ToP Network (ToPN) is a membership-based association that connects and supports ToP practitioners in order to improve and expand the use of Technology of Participation (ToP) methods in facilitation.

Technology of Participation (ToP) is a powerful collection of structured facilitation methods that transform the way groups think, talk and work together. They enable highly energized, inclusive and meaningful group collaboration that lead to successful outcomes.

Responsible for overseeing the administration, programs and strategic plan of the organization. Other key duties include fundraising, marketing, and community outreach.

Work closely with community leaders and seek their involvement in policy decisions, fundraising and to increase the overall visibility of the organization.

Vipassana Meditation Centre is a non-profit, non-commercial corporation. This role is part of a meditation practice whereby cooking for participants that come to the center is practicing the discipline that "actions that help others will bring peace and happiness to those who perform them." Main activities consisted of cooking and serving breakfast and lunch for 140 participants.

Built strong and meaningful relationships with active members of the community and teachers. Providing 'Red Carpet' treatment by welcoming guests, answering questions, handling purchases, and maintaining organization of the studio to ensure members had optimal experience.
