With over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, I am a versatile and passionate manager who has worked both in Canada and overseas. I help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) identify and access financing and support services that are tailored to their needs and goals. As a Commercial Account Manager at Desjardins, the leading credit union in North America, I develop and maintain personalized relationships with business owners and provide them with strategic and operational advice to help them build and grow their companies.

My core competencies include investment and finance expertise, economic and financial analysis skills, business development and new venture creation, and cross-cultural communication and negotiation. I have a proven track record of acquiring new institutional clients, increasing institutional trading revenue, managing and training sales teams, and negotiating prime brokerage relationships. I also have extensive knowledge of the Southeast Asian market, where I helped clients navigate the complexities and opportunities of doing business in the region. I hold a CFA credential and a Director Certification Program from the Vietnam Institute of Directors.
