I am a Project, Program, and Portfolio Manager with a strong Operational background and technical skills in Electrical, Instrumentation, and Control engineering. I have expertise in delivering complex, multi-million-dollar international projects and services.

Throughout a 25+ year career, I have led operations for highly technical, geographically dispersed projects from pre-FEED to Start-Up, managing PMs and leading projects directly. I have enjoyed success in Canada, the US, Europe, the Middle East, and SE Asia.

Note: I hold dual Canadian and Bosnian citizenship, have worked and can travel freely to Schengen countries, and have professional and working experience in SE Asia and most of the Middle East.

I achieve business results by leading teams to execute successful projects/programs and service contracts. I am equally competent in project management, leading all aspects of a project, and in customer relationship management, building excellent rapport with key client stakeholders.

I am proficient in multidisciplinary industrial processes, including control systems and instrumentation for FEED, EPC, commissioning/start-up, Energy, Nuclear, Sustainability, petrochemical / LNG, and water/wastewater projects.

My key areas of expertise include project engineering, quality assurance, site survey operations, and client training. I am also proficient in procurement operations and vendor supervision.
