For training support, provide accessible learning resources and recognize their efforts and achievements. Regarding resources, ensure your team has what they need to succeed, coupled with trust and empowerment.

To detect team conflict early in a business or management setting, it's crucial to maintain open communication channels, closely monitor team dynamics for signs like reduced collaboration or isolation, and pay attention to changes in performance metrics. Regular feedback sessions and anonymous employee surveys can provide deeper insights into team morale and potential interpersonal issues. While creating a plan, knowing all the moving parts is essential. I tend to divide my plans into parts that have individual owners. It helps us better understand the roadblocks we face while executing, and it helps us solve problems faster as a team when we know exactly what needs to be fixed. Having OKRs for all main goals helps us break the plan into parts, and for each OKR, we have KRA and KPI that help us assess the root cause of the problem. After that, we work as a team to replan around the roadblock and get back to executing. Involving all stakeholders in the replanning helps in getting the buying we need and sometimes additional resources as well.
