How do you manage inconsistent client satisfaction metrics?
It’s really important to be astute and intuitive in your communications. You must demonstrate thoughtfulness. Every step of communication needs to be valuable for your customers. It’s okay to apply a get/give philosophy but make sure the customer does not feel like their time is wasted to appease your needs and goals. It‘s a mutual relationship.
