About
Michèle Boudria is the President & Chief Executive Officer at McDonald’s Restaurants of Canada, responsible for the business operations across more than 1,400 McDonald's restaurants from coast to coast to coast. A people-first leader, Michèle is focused on driving business results and creating a bigger impact to deliver on McDonald’s purpose of feeding and fostering communities.
The first woman President and CEO of McDonald’s Canada, Michèle began her career in 1984 as restaurant crew in Aylmer, Quebec. From there, she moved on to regional, national, and international leadership roles of increasing responsibility, including Worldwide Operations teams in 2011.
In 2015, she joined the Canada Leadership Team as McCafé Officer. In 2018, Michèle was appointed West Regional Vice President, where she established herself as a strong partner to the Owner/Operators in the region. Before leading the Canadian business, Michèle served as Managing Director of McDonald’s Netherlands.
