With over 15 years of experience in the payments and banking industry, I am a senior relationship leader who enables the art and science of win-win partnerships. I leverage my digital savvy, 360-degree view of payments and banking to drive value and revenue for all stakeholders.

As an SVP at Intellect Design Arena, I lead the sales process by delivering innovative and scalable solutions that meet the evolving needs of financial institutions and their customers. At The HOLT XCHANGE, I advised and supported fintech startups in developing and launching their products and services, while expanding my network and knowledge of emerging trends and opportunities in the fintech space.

Throughout my career, I have enabled step change partnerships that have resulted in significant achievements, such as the first PaaS deployment in Canada with IBM and Credit Unions, the first contactless payments deployment in Canada with Citibank and MasterCard, and the largest increase in Visa Canada's ATM network with DC Bank. I have also co-founded and led a neobanking company in the US, launched a multi-currency prepaid card and business in the UK, and supported a First Nations project to establish an off-shore banking business.
