The program will offer the youth two different modules of computer learning.

    Hardware

Refurbishment/Computer Building: Our mentors will teach students the hardware of the computer; and supervise the youth as they dismantle and reassemble desktops and laptops, giving them a complete understanding of the composition of a computer.

    Software

The mentors will allow the youth to start up a computer (desktop or laptop), work with them to determine causes of malfunction and teach the youth how to address and fix the issue at hand. They will also teach them how to load the main software currently used in a personal computer. The youth will learn the basics of HTML coding. The HTML will allow them to do the basics of website design and create their own webpage.
