-This project is being piloted in both HR and the Highway Division.
- Identified positions that are at a higher risk for losing long term institutional knowledge; competencies and proficiency levels associated with those positions. Human Resources is developing competency-based performance appraisals and development plans.
- Working with key stakeholders to develop succession strategies for developing and retaining these identified competencies internally.

-Analyzed the business model of Cognizant and Unisys, by estimating the valuation of the company, identifying trends in the growth, profits, loans, debt, stock prices.
- Provided recommendations for stock selling and buying.

Created a strategic Business plan including the Product, which was Paper based Map and developing Marketing Plan for identifying distribution channels to promote multi-modal transportation.

The project consisted of developing hardware and software application for building robot, which can detect the presence of bomb through sensors and create an alarm for the same.

We created the software using the Advanced Microprocessor programming language, and generated signals for the robot to sense bomb.

Created a data warehouse repository for storing data, extracting data and loading it to view.

The data was stored using SQL database, and used SQP queries to retrieve data upon user request.

Developed E-commerce website for online products of Brushes and Electronics. The website had an option of choosing from 200 products, adding it to the cart, and making payment through the website.

We created a database to maintain repository of the products and to store user information with credentials.

We created payment stub to accept payments online.

Developed cellular system using Java, to showcase frequency reuse and handover in cellular network.

The entire region was divided into smaller network, and different frequencies were assigned to each network. As the user moves from one region to another region, he gets transferred to the cellular network of another region and the frequency is reused.

Created Chatting messenger as part of our final Diploma Project, which included creating servers and clients to demonstrate the chatting application.

Coding was done in Java along with creating user interactive interface. The messenger had features such as emojis, text input, one-to-one chatting and group chatting.

The messenger was also capable of transferring files through the network from one client to another through server.
