Role -playing is an essential sequence in the coaching process for storytelling. You can frame a beautiful value proposition, fantastic attributes and benefits but without the perfect delivery that includes the right tone of voice, use of hands and silence management you might be missing your point. Role-playing is also essential to picture yourself at the right place, to earn credibility and to experience being at the right place at the right time.
