My expertise is in guiding delivery improvements using tools such as adopting DevOps practices and Cloud. I help my clients be effective, focus on the right problems, and align with their customers' needs. I do this by bringing the right models, methods, and frameworks to help you address your needs. Where necessary, I've developed new models, such as TACO, which I use to help organizations better adapt and align governance to their delivery capabilities.
