I love finding the win / win between brands and their customers - delivering meaningful value exchange that creates customer loyalty and delivers shareholder value.

As a self-starter, I believe in translating insights to action, getting involved and having the courage to take risks - and I don’t do it alone. One of my greatest skills is an ability to connect the right people and expertise to any given business challenge. That’s how great work gets done. It’s an approach that has served me well over my 25-year career as a senior marketing executive with international loyalty, retail, banking, travel and eCommerce experience.

• I am a champion of the Customer – bringing their voice to the strategic table to inform and influence the brand experience across the organization

• I am a passionate communicator, engaging and securing alignment within the organization and sharing the brand’s successes externally with media and on podiums

In addition, I am actively involved as a board member with motionball, a growing non-profit organization empowering young Canadian leaders to make a difference in their community through integrated social and sporting events in support of Special Olympics Canada.

    Proud member of the motionball movement - a not for profit organization that empowers young Canadians to be leaders in their communities, raising funds and awareness for Special Olympics so that individuals with intellectual disabilities can lead happier, healthier lives. Since its inception in 2002, motionball has donated over $17,000,000 to the Special Olympics Canada Foundation.
