How can you adapt product strategy to shifting markets?
An easy excercise I do to help me prioritize is to imagine: If I had a 100 energy points, what are the most useful things I can do with them for my customers and prospects that only I (my company) can do? This helps me prioritize things that – address the strongest needs, rather than nice-to-haves – multiply in value when combined with other features – create sticky products that provide differentiated value Having a differentiated product is like having a dedicated niche of the market all to yourself because you don't have to compete on features of your competitors. Talk to your customers not about your product but about their business, find the problems they can't articulate because no one has talked to them about them.

How can you adapt product strategy to shifting markets?
In 2023, the world is changing faster than ever. There are new challenges and opportunities every day like blockchain, remote work, and AI. How do you know which one to pursue and which one to ignore? I try to keep my focus on the value and where the value is coming from. Does this new thing help my customers sell more products? Or reach a larger audience? Or improve efficiency? Keeping the focus on the value can make it easier to see trends for what they're really worth.
