I am a systems thinker who has been involved in the launch, monetization and scale up strategies for multiple waves of disruptive technologies — Analytics/ AI, Cloud, Enterprise software platforms, Spatial Computing (aka Metaverse).

Vivian has been named one of Globe & Mail's Best Executives and is a YWCA Women of Distinction Nominee. She brings more than 24 years of experience scaling companies from zero to billion. At SAP, she helped launch the GTM strategy for customer experience, machine learning and doubled the size and growth of the North American Channel ecosystem. At VMware, she served on the mergers and acquisitions committee, and was responsible for strategy, governance for the office of the CMO.

Over the past few years, Vivian has worked with high growth start-ups on developing levers for growth , leading Eyexpo Technology’s expansion into the Tourism and Real Estate sector. At NexTech AR she ran Sales team that 3X the average deal size during the pandemic. At ServiceNow Vivian ran Global integrated Campaigns for Governance & Risk, ESG, Strategic Portfolio Management, Global Business Services, Finance & Supply Chain, Customer Service Management.

Throughout Vivian's career community has played an integral role. Vivian has been involved with Downtown Eastside grassroots organizations, Ballet BC, SIGGRAPH, Frontier Collective, Chinatown Foundation and advised on women's entrepreneurship programming for Canada's Digital Supercluster Capacity project.

To support intergenerational learning and bridge communities during the pandemic, Vivian co-founded with 9 youth leaders “The Impact Coalition” to amplify the voices of young change-makers and equip them with digital marketing skills.

Vivian believes that disruption often starts at the intersection of things — with many of the best ideas coming from outside one’s immediate domain or industry. If you want to innovate start "listening" to all dimensions of an ecosystem.
