    The purpose of Talent and Growth Services (TAG) will be to assist members in the growth and development of their leadership, analytic, and communication skills through exclusive training workshops and competitive events. As an incubator program, TAG will train students in preparation of specific case-based competitive events where they will have the opportunity to compete on behalf of the University of Toronto Scarborough.

The two-day multi-disciplinary simulation challenges students in all areas of business including: Accounting, Finance, Marketing, HR, and Crisis Management. The competition emphasizes experiential learning by allowing students to experience leadership roles in an organization from the inception of the business to the launch of the product.
