After decades of consulting fortune 500 companies, and marketing some of the world’s most iconic brands I decided to create a Global Solution for Great Brands with the desire to expand their business globally and consult retailers looking to Grow their Revenues to Record Levels…
I have enjoyed a storied Sales & Marketing career, having won numerous sales and marketing awards for my corporate impact at every level of my career, including Sales Rep. of the Year, Marketer of the Year, and two President Awards for contribution to profit, plus I have consulted companies that have won 9 Retailer of the Year Awards.
Prior to opening my company I managed the Global Travel Retail Division for Diageo in Canada and parts of the USA. While under my leadership I delivered unprecedented share growth from 27% to 53% over my 7 year reign.
Share growth not your sweet spot??? I also tripled the gross profit over 7 years, and doubled it over my final 2 years. How would your business look with TWICE the profit in just two years?

What are the key differences between a go-to-market strategy and a marketing strategy for a product?
A Go-to-market strategy is a plan that highlights how a company will bring its product to market & reach its target customers. It includes elements such as market segmentation, target audience identification, pricing strategy, distribution channels, sales approach, & customer acquisition tactics. Whereas a Marketing strategy is a subset of the broader go-to-market strategy that specifically focuses on the marketing activities aimed at promoting & selling a product. It outlines how a company will position its offering in the market & communicate its value proposition. It includes elements such as market research, brand positioning, messaging, advertising, promotion, digital marketing, content strategy, social media, & public relations.

What is the difference between sell-through rate and inventory turnover?
Sell through rate measures the amount of inventory that is sold within a given period relative to the amount of inventory received within the same period. Whereas Inventory turnover measures how often a company replaces inventory relative to its cost of sales. Generally, the higher the ratio, the better. A low inventory turnover ratio might be a sign of weak sales or excessive inventory.

Hired to created the Canada 150th logo and develop the partnership programs for the Canadian Museum Association (CMA). CMA’s 2000 members include national museums, non-profit museums, art galleries, science centres, aquaria, archives, sport halls-of-fame, artist-run centres, zoos and historic sites across Canada. They range from large metropolitan galleries to small community museums. All are dedicated to preserving and presenting Canada's cultural heritage to the public.

Won President's Award for developing the trade strategy which delivered the most successful cereal launch in the company's history - cereal hit a 10% share of the market in week 5 of the launch, setting the record for the fastest product to hit 80% distribution in grocery retail Canada in 2 weeks (92% distribution) and surpassing expectations by 300% which delivered over $2 Million profit year 1 versus an expected 2 year break even return.
