I have a wealth of experience in marine operations worldwide, spanning over 25 years in various leadership roles. I have commanded large ships, managed diverse fleets, and worked for crown corporations and quasi-government organizations. I have a proven track record of delivering results, enhancing performance, and driving innovation in the maritime sector.

I enjoy meeting new people, hearing new perspectives, and bringing stakeholders towards a common goal. I have a passion for solving problems, creating efficiencies, and focusing on continuous improvement. To achieve this, I set strategic goals, build amazing teams, and quickly adapt to new insights.

Currently, I am working with an incredibly bright group of people who are devoted to enabling Canada’s trade objectives and focused on developing the world’s most sustainable port.
