Accelerating Performance: Senior Executive Achieves 23% Net Revenue Increase and Doubling Operation Profit.

An accomplished international Senior Executive and Board Director with deep expertise in the consumer goods industry across Canada and the Asia Pacific region. I have a robust background in general management, P&L, marketing, innovation, and geographic expansion. I have spearheaded growth, leading transformative turnarounds and building global brands for multinational enterprises across emerging and developed markets.

Additional roles included positions on the Boards of Reckitt Asia Pacific and Consumer Health Products Canada and as Chair of the Market Access Advisory Committee for the Canadian Chamber of Commerce Japan.

In one of my previous mandates as President, I not only provided and delivered a new strategic vision and flawless execution to accelerate a $300 million business, but I also fostered a collaborative environment, inspiring and guiding a team of over 165 employees. Together, we changed the trajectory to compete in a highly complex and established market, a testament to the power of effective leadership and teamwork.

A strategic leader known for his expertise in white space expansion, innovation, and growth of key Reckitt (RB) markets. I design and drive strategy and execution across geographies and functions in local, regional, and global executive roles. Leading and contributing to the international portfolio of Reckitt (RB), a multinational leader in consumer goods, particularly in health, hygiene, and nutrition, I have hands-on expertise with internationally well-known brands such as Lysol, Airwick, Finish and Woolite, to mention a few of those brands.

Under my leadership, culturally diverse teams have accelerated top and bottom-line performance, driven innovation, and executed business transformations in challenging market environments. These efforts have surpassed targets, resulting in a remarkable increase in net revenue by 23% and a compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) of 5.8%. Additionally, we have doubled operating profit with a CAGR of 18.8%, a testament to my ability to deliver tangible, measurable results.
