I am a dynamic Human Resources professional with a passion for talent, engagement and development, HR process improvement, candidate/employee experience, recruiting, communications and HR systems. In the last couple of years, I have gained relevant experience in different Human Resources roles at small, medium and large organizations in a variety of industries such as Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Banking, Real Estate, etc.
I am a graduate of the Master of Industrial Relations and Human Resources program at the University of Toronto (2017). Previously, I completed the Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management Degree program at Humber College (2016). I acquired the Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation in 2023.
