About

I am passionate about creating inclusive environments that empower individuals with invisible conditions to thrive.

My work with Invisible Condition focuses on normalizing conversations around non-apparent illnesses and disabilities, reducing stigma, and fostering understanding in workplaces, schools, and communities.

With over 15 years of experience in strategy, operations, HR, and content creation, I bring a unique blend of coaching, mentoring, and process improvement to every organization I partner with.

How I support:

Disability Inclusion Consulting:
- Inclusive Recruitment: Develop and implement strategies to attract, hire, and retain diverse talent, ensuring an inclusive recruitment process.
- Strategy Development and Implementation: Utilize my Clarity, Responsibility, and Accountability (CRA) framework to create and execute strategies that support organizational goals.
- Leadership Development: Facilitate training on values, purpose, trust, communication, recognition, and performance to cultivate inclusive leadership.

Education and Awareness:
- Workshops and Training: Deliver interactive presentations on topics including "The Words we use Impact Others", "Disability Inclusion", "Resilience", and "Authentic Curiosity".
- Coaching and Mentoring: Partner with leaders to build inclusive cultures through personalized coaching and mentoring.

Content Creation and Storytelling:
- Podcasts and Articles: Share stories of overcoming adversity and expert insights.
- Resource Development: Provide educational content on invisible conditions.

Facilitation and Community Engagement:
- Group Discussions and Workshops: Facilitate group discussions and workshops on resilience, trust, and ownership, leading to meaningful conversations and actionable change.
- Event Hosting: Organize events such as 'Invisible Condition Hope and Connection' to provide a supportive community for individuals with invisible conditions.

Partnering with Invisible Condition leads to improved employee engagement, a more inclusive culture, and enhanced performance.

Our work is grounded in the belief that education and action are key to building supportive environments where all individuals feel safe to share judgment-free.

Reach out for speaking opportunities, coaching, consulting, or to share your story. Let's work together to remove the stigma around invisible conditions and create inclusive spaces.

“We had great feedback about our company’s Lunch & Learn with Tim on the topic of Invisible Conditions! Tim’s leadership & vulnerability opens the door to an important conversation."
