I’m a Video Game Designer and Programmer with more than eleven years of experience in the gaming industry alone. My passion for delivering new experiences to the core consumer, coupled with my ability to lead and nurture teams of various talents, make me an ideal fit for creative teams.
I have a keen understanding of the entire game development process, from conception to post-release. I have a long experience using Unreal and Unity, as well as 3D and 2D modelling tools like Blender and Aseprite, which provides me with a holistic view of video game development. I have experience working on release titles and prototypes for Mobile, PC, and Mac, and possess excellent internal and external communication skills to present progress, scope, quality, and risks.
I’m a constant gamer myself, I play multiple types of video games, including Battle Royale, MOBA, Multiplayer Shooter, MMORPG, and Team-Based Multiplayer. I am particularly familiar with popular titles such as Apex Legends, Fortnite, League of Legends, Star Wars Battlefront, Elder Scrolls Online, World of Warcraft, and Overwatch.
I am excited about the opportunity to work in a creative and collaborative environment to design, implement, and maintain robust gameplay systems. My familiarity with free-to-play design and prototyping game mechanics using UE4/5 Blueprints makes me an ideal candidate for the genre. I am a proactive team player and constantly find creative ways to build and evolve an amazing competitive game while collaborating with others in the studio remotely.
I’m proactive and always open to learning and passing on what I’ve learned. I use effective tools to create templates in design that developers, programmers, and artists' teams can use in their work. I can take any system, learn it with speed, and I can envision new frameworks for game designers and the rest of the team.
I give high importance to prototyping, feedback, and iteration process. Playtest and communication with testers are essential in my work and I’m very detail-oriented defining priorities based on the data received. Collaboration with the entire team is essential, and testers can give feedback that we could use in every department.
As a shepherd of design, I believe in bringing out the best in everyone's ideas and guiding them through the pipeline to ultimately be realized in-game. I’m ready to break down complex structures, create pillars to make them simple and design them around the game’s goals.
